Le Selezioni P&V Gran P&V 18 month cheese is produced in Piedmont from Italian brown cows born and raised on the farm. 

The medium maturation of this grana gives it a strong but very delicate flavour, with notes of milk and butter still present on the nose.

Ideal for aperitifs, waffles and mousses or to enrich and flavour sourdough bread.
