Alce Nero organic extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively with organic olives of Italian cultivars including Coratina, Ogliarola and Carolea which give a green oil with yellow reflections and a balanced taste.
The olives are harvested manually and with the help of mechanical facilitators, to minimize the damage that the fruits can suffer. After harvesting, they are delivered to the mill, where the production process begins, intended as the transformation of the olives into oil, using the cold extraction technique.
