Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore Valpantena is a DOC red wine from the Veneto region produced exclusively in the Valpantena valley in the province of Verona from indigenous grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone (to the maximum extent of 50% replacing Corvina), Rondinella but also, in smaller percentages, with Forselina, Negrara and Oseleta. Molinara that recently came out of the specification as mandatory is still allowed.
