Prosecco DOC Brut Biological from the Serena winery is made from 85% Glera grapes and other white grapes for the remainder. The wine is obtained by harvesting grapes from the areas of Treviso, Pordenone, Padua and Venice. The working process involves the use of the Charmat Method that is with a refermentation in autoclave.
Grape variety: 85% Glera and 15% Blend (Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio)
Maturation: Charmat Method i.e. with a second fermentation in an autoclave.
Aromas: floral of acacia flowers and fruity of yellow apple
Food pairings: Suitable as an aperitif, with starters in general, and light vegetable first courses.
Alcohol content: 11 %
