Soft, full flavour, good persistence, typical of the variety of origin.

Aging: 10 months in steel and 4 in the bottle

Hints: lemon peel, pear and white peach

Food matches: risottos or white meat dishes or young cheeses.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
