Rigoni di Asiago FiordiFrutta Organic Citrus and Ginger Jam is a mix of bitter oranges, lemons, tangerines and bergamot, grown and harvested from the first half of November until the end of May.
Enriched with ginger, this jam becomes even richer in beneficial properties.
It has a sour and intense taste, typical of Mediterranean citrus and ginger, and pairs perfectly with gorgonzola or on toasted black bread.
