Le Eccellenze P&V orange marmalade is really a preserve made the old-fashioned way, i.e. nothing but fruit, time, knowledge preserved in glass with just the addition of cane sugar, no pectin, no preservatives and no additives.

Because the fruit has to be selected, cleaned, cooked, filtered, all this is not on any ingredient list but you really should try it on a slice of bread or in a freshly baked tart!

It goes very well with fresh, soft cheeses characterised by flavours tending towards sweet: ricotta, camembert and mascarpone.
