Handpicked tomatoes, processed within 24 hours, and no citric acid. This is why the Tomato Sauce of Le Eccellenze is so good.

It is prepared following the same procedure as homemade preserves, and the cooking and pasteurization of the tomato take place in a bain-marie, a process with a more delicate and controlled temperature that does not alter the properties and taste of the tomato sauce.


Prepare spaghetti with our Passata and you will notice the difference. And then the practical 330 ml format will allow you not to waste even a little!
