Broglia Gavi di Gavi is the most representative and classic product that Bruno Broglia's winery produces, which is why it is named after the Tenuta la Meirana. It is a white wine of great elegance and refinement, produced in the hills of Piedmont, specifically in the renowned area of Gavi. Made exclusively from Cortese grapes, this wine best expresses the varietal characteristics of this native grape variety. It is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and fermentation takes place between 12°C and 16°C in order to maintain fresh and fruity aromas.
To the eye, it has a bright straw yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is fresh and intense, with floral notes of hawthorn and acacia, accompanied by intriguing hints of white fruits such as apple and pear. There are also hints of citrus and a light mineral note that lends complexity to the aromatic ensemble. On the palate, Bruno Broglia's Gavi di Gavi stands out for its freshness and liveliness. The good acidity, typical of Cortese, makes this wine extremely pleasant and versatile.
