Berlingeri extra virgin olive oil is the product of the cold pressing of olives of the "Nocellara del Belice" cultivar carefully selected in the olive groves of our Berlingeri Farm in Mazara del Vallo (TP) Sicily.
Cultivation according to the canons of organic agriculture, the excellent quality of the olives, the care in harvesting done by hand directly from the tree and the immediate pressing (within 6 hours of harvesting), allow us to obtain this exceptional and appreciated organic extra virgin olive oil with a green color with yellow-gold reflections, a distinct smell of olive with herbaceous tones, a fruity taste with a slight spicy and bitter sensation and an oleic acid content ranging from 0.1% to 0.3%.
