Fiano is a straw-yellow wine with an elegant floral aroma of mango, peaches and sage. The grapes are carefully hand-picked at the end of August. Harvesting takes place only in the early hours of the morning to ensure that the fruit retains its freshness during transport to the cellar.

The finish is incredibly well balanced, long and persistent.
