Le Selezioni P&V Semidry cherry tomato is produced from organic and sustainable zero-km agriculture in the Hyblean plateau in Sicily. They are processed according to Sicilian tradition, partially dried in the sun and then seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and spices.
Semidry cherry tomatoes are widely used in the kitchen. They can be tasted as part of an aperitif with slices of crusty bread, or to enrich a condiment for first and second courses.
