Le Selezioni P&V Fiocco di crudo is a selected cut of the pork leg, it is obtained by excluding the “culatello” and keeping "the fiocco" the leanest part with little fat. Its long seasoning process makes it particularly fragrant.
It is characterized by a sweet and aromatic taste, firm at the same time, which one cannot resist.
The traditional pairing is with warm bread and butter accompanied by a good glass of young red or sparkling white wine.
