From a collaboration with a Turin-based company comes the new Frutta&Frutta line from le Eccellenze di Prezzemolo & Vitale, a wide range of organic compotes, fruit preparations and jams.

The Le Eccellenze P&V berry fruit preparation is a healthy and organic product, has a very high percentage of fruit: 120g in varying proportions of blackberry, blueberry, currant, raspberry per 100g of product.

Our preparations do not contain pectin, preservatives and additives, it is sweetened with only the addition of brown sugar.

It is very versatile and can be paired with savory and aged cheeses but also with fresh cheeses such as ricotta and robiola to achieve pairings that play with the affinity of flavors.
