Le Eccellenze P&V Felino PGI Salami takes its name from Felino, the town where it is produced. Since it is located 185 metres above sea level in a ventilated environment with a temperate climate, Felino is the perfect place to season salami.
Although it would not seem so, Felino salami can be considered as a lean sliced meat. This characteristic combined with its delicate flavour and softness makes it a very special product.
