Le Eccellenze P&V Apricot Jam is really a preserve made the old-fashioned way, i.e. nothing but fruit, time, knowledge preserved in glass with just the addition of cane sugar, no pectin, no preservatives and no additives.

Because the fruit has to be selected, cleaned, cooked, filtered, all this is not on any ingredient list but you really should try it on a slice of bread or in a freshly baked tart!

Try it in combination with fresh and mature goat cheese, Sardinian pecorino and gorgonzola.
