Le Selezioni P&V Vacche rosse cheese is a cheese produced with milk from the red cows of the Reggiana breed; it has certain quality characteristics that differentiate it from traditional parmesan cheese.
The result is a cheese that, despite its long ripening, maintains a sweet, delicate and persistent flavour. Its organoleptic properties are also different.
The straw-yellow colour, the elasticity of the grain, and the intense but delicate aroma even after thirty months of ripening are its typical features.
