Short Busiata Doria are a bronze-drawn durum wheat pasta typical of Trapani. They are excellent with Trapanese pesto, with swordfish and eggplant, and with tuna ragout.
The Doria company was born from the passion and rediscovery of traditions, growing its wheat naturally in the territory of Calatafimi Segesta, respecting the seasonality of the raw material without the addition of preservatives and chemical additives.
