Grape: Glera

Casa Belfi's sparkling white wine is a naturally bottle-fermented wine characterized by the sediment collected at the bottom of the bottle, in keeping with the Venetian tradition known as "Col Fondo." Light, fresh, and persistent, it's an excellent aperitif, a lighthearted accompaniment to convivial and fun moments. This sparkling wine from Northern Italy pairs wonderfully with raw fish, cured meats, and fresh cheeses.
