The Stinco is a versatile product that can be served either oven-roasted or boiled on the stove and is suitable at any time of year.
The Stinco is made from a part of the pig’s hind leg and is a pinkish meat surrounding the bone, seasoned with rosemary and salt.

Instructions
Oven-Baked: Remove the wrapping and place the Stinco in a baking dish. Bake in the oven with the addition of olive oil and/or white wine if liked, for approx. 35/40 minutes at 250°C.
Boiled: Place the Stinco in its sealed bag in boiling water and allow it to simmer for 40 minutes. Cut off a corner of the sachet to let the jelly out, then open completely and serve with your favourite side dishes.
