Alce Nero organic tomato pulp is made from Italian tomatoes. The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September at the right stage of ripeness, are processed to preserve their flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After washing and sorting, the tomatoes are peeled, diced and led to the next stage: after the addition of tomato paste, the product is heated to high temperatures, bottled and pasteurized to ensure its stability over time. Alce Nero organic tomato pulp is prepared without additives or added salt.
