Fidelity Card Terms and Conditions - Prezzemolo & Vitale UK Ltd

1. Introduction 

The Prezzemolo & Vitale UK Ltd Fidelity Card (hereinafter referred to as “the Card”) is designed to reward loyal customers by allowing them to collect points based on their purchases and access exclusive discounts and promotions. The use of the Card is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which comply with applicable UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK GDPR. 

2. Issuing Entity 

The Card is issued by Prezzemolo & Vitale UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 10209799, with its registered office at 10-15 Queen Street - EC4N 1TX - London. 

3. Eligibility 

• The Card is available to all our customers 

• Registration can be completed either online or in-store at any Prezzemolo & Vitale location. 

• Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Prezzemolo & Vitale will handle personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR. 

4. How the Card Works 

1. Earning Points: 

• For every £1 spent at Prezzemolo & Vitale stores, customers earn 1 point on their Card, unless stated otherwise during special promotions. 

• Points are credited at the time of purchase and will be reflected in the balance within 48 hours. 

2. Redeeming Points: 

• Points can be redeemed for discounts that will be communicated accordingly. 

3. Exclusive Promotions:

• Cardholders gain access to exclusive offers and discounts, which will be communicated via email or in-store announcements. 

5. Validity 

• The Card remains valid unless revoked by Prezzemolo & Vitale. 

• Points have a 12-month validity period from the date they are credited. Unused points will be automatically removed after this period. 

6. Usage and Responsibility 

• The Card is personal and non-transferable. 

• It is not a credit or payment card and has no monetary value. 

• The Cardholder is responsible for the correct use of the Card. In case of loss, theft, or damage, a replacement can be requested by contacting customer service. 

7. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions 

Prezzemolo & Vitale reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, providing at least 30 days’ notice to Cardholders via email or public announcements in stores. 

8. Card Cancellation 

• Cardholders may cancel their Card at any time. 

• Prezzemolo & Vitale reserves the right to revoke the Card in cases of fraudulent or improper use. 

9. Data Protection 

The personal data provided by Cardholders will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the Prezzemolo & Vitale website.

11. Governing Law
